Melinda Filice is a licensed landscape architect in San Rafael, California. Influenced at a young age by the California gardens of Julia Morgan, Melinda followed her passion for landscape architecture and garden design by attending Cal Poly Technical University and receiving her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture in 2005.

After graduating, Melinda went to work in San Francisco designing estate gardens, and after nearly 20 years of working for highly esteemed landscape architecture firms and garden designers, she branched off to begin Melinda Filice Landscape Architecture .

Melinda loves the California style garden, which can be interpreted in a variety of ways and implemented to fit each individual site and client. She enjoys transforming gardens into functional, sumptuous spaces for outdoor living.
